2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Production: Full refund of deposit within 48 hours of order confirmation
  • During Production: Partial refund may be available; production fees may apply
  • After Production: Cancellations not accepted; custom products cannot be restocked

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. Refund amounts may include:

  • Product costs (minus any custom manufacturing fees)
  • Delivery/shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Sales tax (based on local regulations)

4. Product Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we may consider returns if:

  • Product was defective upon arrival
  • Product does not match specifications in your order
  • Product was damaged during delivery

Any approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

5. Installation Issues

If you experience issues with our installation work, we will return to address the problem at no additional cost within 30 days of original installation. This includes:

  • Improper mounting or alignment
  • Malfunctioning components due to installation
  • Damage to windows or surrounding areas during installation

6. Warranty Claims

Our products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product type. We facilitate warranty claims on behalf of customers but do not provide direct refunds for manufacturer defects. Warranty claims are subject to:

  • Product-specific warranty terms and duration
  • Proof of purchase and installation by Superior Window Coverings
  • Photographic documentation of the defect

7. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, we will work with you to find a solution. Custom products may incur additional charges for re-production. Standard products may be eligible for exchange within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
